Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

• Delivery across Pakistan typically takes 3–5 working days.

• Remote areas may take slightly longer depending on the location and courier routing.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges may apply based on your location and order value.

• Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you place your order.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• We proudly offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services all across Pakistan for your convenience.

Delays

• While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, political situations, or courier operational issues.

Our Return Commitment

Our return policy follows the Sunnah. We accept returns for any suit or fabric that you are unsatisfied with, ensuring a trustworthy and customer-friendly experience.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

• You are not satisfied with the fabric quality, feel, or color.

• The product is damaged, torn, or has manufacturing defects.

• You received the wrong item, design, or size.

To qualify for a return/exchange:

• Requests must be made within 15 days of purchase.

• The fabric/suit must be unwashed, unused, and unstitched with all original tags and packaging intact.

• Items damaged due to customer mishandling or incorrect washing methods will not be eligible.

Processing Time

• Please allow 5–6 working days to process your return or exchange request once the item reaches our warehouse and undergoes inspection.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued via bank transfer, EasyPaisa/JazzCash, or store credit.

• Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• You may exchange the item for the same product/design (subject to availability).

• If the specific article is out of stock, you can choose another item of equal value or receive store credit.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.

• Once the shipment is handed over to the courier service, the order cannot be canceled.
